Terms & Conditions
- Coach Kilometer reading will start from our office and will close at our office.
- Toll and Parking Charges and border entry or Police entry if required are to be paid by the Customers as per actual.
- For Booking Coach Payments: 50% payments in advance and remaining balance to be paid at the end of the journey.
- Minimum charge of vehicle for the outstation will be 300 Kms Average per day. In other words, if the vehicle used for two days and but the actual running 450Kms, our billing will be done for 600Kms only (600 kms per day x 2) i.e , minimum daily average into number of days used or actual usage, whichever is higher.
- Outstation driver Allowance is applicable Rs 500 per day.
- While leaving the Coach Customers should Please check and collect all their luggage and valuables properly if anything left in the Coach and if not found after leaving the Coach we or our drivers will not be responsible for your luggage or valuables.
- We Advice our drivers to drive the Coach safely by 70 km speed per hour please do not request or force our drivers to drive fast this rule is for your own safety.
- Total number of people will be allowed as per the seating capacity of the particular vehicle .In any case, extra people will not be entertained beside specified seating capacity. Kids above12 years will be treated as a one passenger. Pets are strictly not allowed in the Coach.
- In case you return after 10.00pm driver Allowance is applicable Rs 500 per night.
- Our Company do not accept delay beyond our control.
- Our Company do not accept any damage to luggage or any other etc…
